Our company was established at 2008, provide services：Forging, Heat Treatment , Machining.
u 占地面积35000平方米，车间面积18000平方米，职工约230人。
Our company has a total area of 35,000 square meters, including 18,000 square meters workshop.
And there are 200 skilled employes in our company.
u 产品主要用于石油天然气行业。产品材料包括 AISI 4130,4140 , 4330V,4340 , 8620 , 8630 , F22 , 410, F316/F316L，F304/F304L，F51，F53，F55，17-4PHA105/LF2, F60,F65,16Mn,P355QH 等
Our products are used in oil and gas. The product materials including AISI 4130,4140 , 4330V, 4340 , 8620 , 8630 , F22 , 410, F316/F316L，F304/F304L，F51，F53，F55，17-4PH，A105/LF2, A694 F60,F65,16Mn,P355QH steels and so on.
u 生产设备有2吨、5吨、6吨自由锻电液锤，3150吨水压机，热处理生产线和机加设备。每
月产能为4000吨锻件。
The production equipment：2t , 5t and 6t Open die forging hammers, 3150 t vertical hydraulic
press , heat treatment line and machining equipment . Every month can produce 4000t forgings.
u 检验设备有光谱仪、UT、MT、PT、金相显微镜、拉伸、冲击、硬度计等。
The inspection instrument ： Spectrometer、 UT、 MT、 PT、 metallographic Microscope、
Tensile test、 Impact test and Hardness tester …
u 取得证书包括API Q1、API 20B、ISO9001、 ISO14001、ISO18001、 ABS、DNV、LR、BV、 PED/AD2000、M650。
